Hanging a shingle is not known to be an easy feat. But after practicing for less than three years, Rosemarie Arnold did it, launching her own practice in Fort Lee. Now, almost three decades later, she continues to handle some of the state’s most significant plaintiff cases. In the interim, Arnold built the firm to roughly a dozen lawyers and obtained numerous seven-figure recoveries for her clients—some in high-profile cases. Among them was a $7.4 million dram shop verdict in Bergen County Superior Court in 2010. More recently, in 2016, she obtained a $3.7 million settlement in a Hudson County auto case. Many of her accomplishments have been notable on their own but, taken together, they indicate a remarkable career.

Objectively, what accomplishments do you think have defined your career and reputation as a practitioner?
