Daniel Kluska is a partner in Wilentz’s commercial litigation practice. He represents owners, builders and developers in actions arising out of the construction of numerous types of real estate projects, often involving claims of construction and design defects, project-related misrepresentations and alleged breaches of warranty. Kluska also represents law firms of all sizes at both the trial and appellate level in malpractice and related matters.
