Gov. Chris Christie on Monday nominated two attorneys to judgeships: One for the Superior Court and one for the Court of Workers' Compensation.

The Superior Court nominee is John McDonald of Watchung, and the Workers' Compensation nominee is Glenn Kaplan of Randolph.

Both nominees must be approved by both the Senate Judiciary Committee and the full Senate. It is unclear when confirmations could be held, since the Legislature is set to adjourn for its summer recess.
