Appellate Division Weighs in on Notice Requirements, Specific Findings in Zoning Board Case

A New Jersey Judiciary Appellate Division panel held recently that notice alerting about age restrictions at a multi-family structure is not necessary when the original notice said a developer proposed to construct a multi-family structure in an area zoned for single-family dwellings.
