School may be out for kids, but it's just heating up at the New Jersey Law Center.

The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), the award-winning educational arm of the state's largest lawyers association, is hosting a series of summer institutes in the coming weeks. The institutes offer attorneys a crash course from leading experts, focusing on the latest developments in their specialty and how that information can be applied to the day-to-day practice of law.

The Labor and Employment Law Summer Institute, which is co-sponsored with the association's Labor and Employment Law Section, will provide more than a year's worth of mandatory continuing legal education credits over the course of two days. The institute will be held on July 18 and 19. Newly admitted attorneys and seasoned practitioners who wish to expand their practice will benefit from the sessions, which include civil rights, commercial law, and workers' compensation issues, as well as a feature on how to start a labor and employment practice.
