Bridgewater-based firm Norris McLaughlin & Marcus welcomes Anthony Caruso as a partner. He joins the business law practice group and will chair the firm’s newly established sports and entertainment law group. Caruso has a broad range of experience negotiating legal transactions including business, sports, and entertainment contracts; intellectual property matters; technology, licensing, and franchising deals; and land development. Caruso routinely advises celebrity athletes and entertainers in endorsement deals and related business planning. Caruso earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Schwartz, Simon, Edelstein & Celso in Whippany brings aboard Pamela Kapsimalis, an experienced general counsel and corporate attorney for local and global companies. Her work covers all types of corporate and business matters, including sale/lease transactions, business structuring/restructuring, commercial real estate matters, and franchise and financing transactions. She most recently was general counsel for Preferred Freezer Services, LLC, in Chatham, where she advised on warehouse, contract, corporate and commercial real estate matters. She graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law (1986) and Middlebury College (1983).
