The state Supreme Court's Disciplinary Review Board, in Sept. 18 letters from Assistant Counsel Colin Tams, told Bruce Nagel of Roseland's Nagel Rice that it would not hear his appeal of the District VC Ethics Committee's dismissal of his complaints against David Mazie and Eric Katz of Mazie Slater, also in Roseland.
