The meeting was held at the Culinary Conference Center at Hudson Community College, 161 Newkirk Street, in Jersey City. The panel included the two attorneys who argued the case before the court: Respondent's attorney Matheu D. Nunn (Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost), and appellant's attorney Paul H. Townsend (Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark). Retired judge Michael R. Casale (Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis) provided his judicial perspective to this panel.
