Feinstein Raiss Kelin & Booker in Livingston has changed its name to Feinstein Raiss Kelin Booker & Goldstein to add longtime partner Tracey Goldstein to the firm's name. This change recognizes Goldstein's significant contributions to the firm, the outstanding results she has achieved for the firm's clients and her integral role in the firm's growth. Under the new name, the firm will continue to offer handle commercial real estate transactions, litigation, landlord tenant law, housing discrimination matters and tax appeals. Goldstein's practice focus is real estate litigation. He represents private and public employers and employees in matters involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, employee benefits, wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Lee litigates various types of matters, including contracts, estates, construction, tax, real estate, shareholder disputes and collections. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from Brandeis University. Lee is admitted in New Jersey and New York.

Haase joins the taxation/trusts and estates department, focusing on estate planning and administration; tax and business planning; employee benefits, compensation, stock incentives and retirement planning; tax-exempt organizations, including charitable trusts and private foundations; tax controversies; commercial and residential real estate; asset protection planning; will contests and estate litigation; and business acquisitions and startups. He earned his J.D. and M.L.T. from the College of William and Mary, and his B.S.B.A. in finance and accounting, cum laude, from Georgetown University. Haase is admitted in New Jersey, New York and before the U.S. Tax Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Mills was an associate with the family law department of Budd Larner in Short Hills. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. in political science and philosophy, cum laude, from Rutgers University. Mills is admitted in New Jersey.

Levine joins the personal injury department, focusing on personal injury, work-related accidents, medical malpractice and product liability. Prior to joining Einhorn Harris, Levine was a law Ccerk for Morris County Superior Court Judge David H. Ironson. Levine received her J.D. in 2016 from Seton Hall Law, where she was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and the Seton Hall Law Review. She received her B.S. in 2013 in criminology from The College of New Jersey and is admitted in New Jersey.

Marino in the Family Part, where she conducted research and drafted memoranda on family law issues involving alimony, alimony pendente lite, property settlement agreements, child support, emancipation, domestic violence, juvenile matters and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. She received her J.D. in 2016 from Seton Hall Law, where she represented juveniles in Essex County as a member of the Juvenile Justice Clinic. She received her B.S. in finance, cum laude, from Seton Hall University, W. Paul Stillman School of Business. Tagarelli is admitted in New Jersey.
