The New Jersey State Bar Association's Pro Bono Committee is now accepting nominations for its 2018 annual award.

The Pro Bono Awards recognize members of the New Jersey legal profession who exemplify outstanding commitment to providing legal services to the state's underserved residents. Notable contributions to pro bono initiatives, as well as the extent to which the nominee provided direct pro bono assistance, will be considered for each award category.

The awards will be presented at the committee's Pro Bono Conference, which will be held during National Pro Bono Week in October.

Award categories and criteria are: Individual, Organizational, New Attorney and Lifetime Achievement.
