Dadlani Named Segal McCambridge's Jersey City Managing Partner
Dinesh Dadlani
Segal McCambridge Singer and Mahoney promoted Dinesh Dadlani from of counsel to partner and named him the managing partner of the firm's Jersey City office. Dadlani has practiced in the Jersey City office since joining as an associate in 2008. An experienced trial attorney, Dadlani defends corporations, including construction companies and a bi-state municipal agency in personal injury and commercial litigation matters. In addition, he defends manufacturers and distributors in asbestos litigation, and property owners and contractors in property contamination matters. “Dinesh is an outstanding attorney who has established himself as a strong leader and is a consummate team player. He is vested in the progression and growth of the firm as a whole and the Jersey City practice specifically,” said Mark Crane, managing partner of the firm's Chicago office. Dadlani received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his B.A. in political science from the University of Delaware. He serves on the Hudson County Civil Practice Committee of the Hudson County Bar Association, and is a member of the Hudson County Ethics Committee. He is also a member of Segal McCambridge's firmwide Diversity Committee.
Fraser Cerra Welcomes Family Law Attorney Fuentes
Fraser Cerra in Sparta brought on Luisa A. Fuentes as of counsel to head the firm's family law practice group. Fuentes “is a talented attorney and litigator and her sense of service to our community fits our overall firm philosophy,” said partner Lauren D. Fraser. Fuentes will also provide legal assistance in domestic violence matters, juvenile criminal matters, consumer and commercial issues, and act as law guardian and guardian ad litem for children. As a mother of a child on the autism spectrum, Fuentes will also be representing children and families needing assistance in obtaining resources and accommodations in the education sector. She is admitted in New Jersey, New York and Washington, DC. Prior to practicing law, Fuentes served as a social worker. Fuentes, who is fluent in Spanish and holds a working knowledge of German, earned her B.A. at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York and her J.D.from Rutgers Law School-Newark, where she was the recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Women's Rights Law Reporter. Fuentes is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Work at Fordham University. Fuentes has performed and directed theater productions with a number of groups, including New Jersey Lawyers for the Arts.
Saiber Elevates Two to Counsel
Saiber in Florham Park announced that John M. Losinger and Krystal D. Riebesell have been elevated to counsel.
John “Jack” Losinger's practice involves a wide range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, employment actions, environmental and toxic tort litigation, and the defense of professional malpractice claims. He also has experience conducting comprehensive investigations for public and private clients. He received his B.A. from Loyola College in 2003 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2007.
Krystal Riebesell concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, with a focus on complex insurance and reinsurance disputes for both domestic and foreign companies. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Fordham University in 2004 and her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007.
Landman Corsi Welcomes Associate Van Driesen
Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford brought on Lauren Van Driesen as an associate in Newark. Van Driesen received her J.D., summa cum laude, in 2016 from Rutgers Law School, where she was Order of the Coif. She was associate managing editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, and co-chair of the Moot Court Board. She also published “The Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act: Is it Enough to Combat Sexual Assault on Campus?“ She received her B.A. from New York University in 2013. Prior to joining Landman Corsi, she worked as an associate for another New Jersey law firm and was clerk to state Supreme Court Justice Barry T. Albin.
Associate Ryan Magee Joins Riker Danzig
Morristown-based Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti welcomed Ryan M. Magee as an associate in the white-collar criminal defense and investigations group. Magee has substantial trial experience in criminal matters, including embezzlement, mortgage fraud, identity fraud, racketeering, and narcotics cases. Magee received his J.D. in 2010 from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He received a B.A. in public relations from Hofstra University Honors College in 2007. He served as a judicial law clerk to Superior Court Judge Eugene H. Austin. He was an assistant prosecutor in the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, where he oversaw the Financial Crimes Unit, Cyber Crimes Unit, and Special Investigations Squad.
Mandelbaum Salsburg Upgrades Midtown Manhattan Office
Mandelbaum Salsburg relocated its New York City office to 1270 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 1808. The new location is state-of-the-art and will allow the firm to better serve its clients' needs in the tri-state area, Mandelbaum Salsburg said. The office is home to the firm's newly established securities practice and will be utilized by all practice areas to enhance the regional capabilities of the law firm. “We have worked tirelessly over the last year to expand our service offerings for our clients and part of that strategic initiative was to find a location in the heart of New York City to ensure that we are right where our clients need us,” said firm CEO William S. Barrett. Richard I. Simon, partner in charge of the New York office, added: “The addition of our securities law team and recent well-known New York attorney acquisitions were the beginning of our regional expansion.”

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
