Goldberg Segalla Moves to New Space in Princeton
Goldberg Segalla moved to new, 20,000-square-foot office space in Princeton, at 301 Carnegie Center, Suite 200. The office relocated from 902 Carnegie Center Blvd. West, Suite 100.

Since opening its Princeton office in 2006 under the leadership of partner David S. Osterman, Goldberg Segalla's New Jersey presence grew steadily, according to the firm. It now numbers 46 attorneys and 35 support staff—with 27 lawyers in the new Princeton space, and 19 lawyers based in a Newark office that opened in 2016.

FisherBroyles Welcomes Panensky
Stuart Panensky
FisherBroyles has expanded its cyber-risk; privacy and data security practice group with the addition of new partner Stuart Panensky. Based in the firm's Princeton office, Panensky is an experienced business attorney and commercial litigator. His practice is concentrated in cyber-risk/technology, design professional and construction litigation, environmental liability, and other miscellaneous professional liability. “Privacy and data security are very current issues with which the leadership of all of our clients are dealing,” said FisherBroyles general counsel and managing partner of litigation Joel M. Ferdinand. “The importance of offering the full spectrum of cyber and privacy legal services is absolutely unmistakable. ” Prior to joining FisherBroyles, Panensky was a partner at Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry. He is admitted in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.S. from Ithaca College.
|Julian Elected Chair of Pashman Stein Family Law Group
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden announced the election of partner Tracy Julian as chair of the family law group. She joined the firm from Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper in February 2017. Her practice focuses on family law and business litigation. Julian is a qualified family law mediator, able to assist clients in resolving their differences through mediation. “We have a tremendous team committed to helping clients resolve challenging issues with compassion, competence and respect when they need it most,” said Julian. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S. from James Madison University, where she graduated cum laude. Following law school, she clerked for Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Eugene A. Iadanza.
|Mandelbaum Salsburg Adds Two
Mandelbaum Salsburg announced that Jeffrey L. Wasserman joined the firm as a partner in the corporate, securities and life sciences practice groups, and Ronen Yair joined as an associate in the health care law practice group.
Jeffrey L. Wasserman joins the firm from Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark, where he served as chair of their venture capital and private equity group. As a partner, he will provide corporate counseling to private equity and venture capital funds, and public and private companies. His experience includes the structuring and negotiating of leveraged buy-outs, investments, complex acquisitions, secured and unsecured lending, and joint ventures/collaborations, in addition to general corporate advice. Wasserman has also served on a number of public and private boards of directors, and regularly counsels boards on various matters. He is admitted in New Jersey and New York.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
