Christopher Porrino, who earlier this year wrapped up his term as New Jersey’s 60th attorney general and returned to Lowenstein Sandler, was announced as Attorney of the Year winner at the New Jersey Law Journal’s Professional Excellence event Thursday evening.

Porrino, in his remarks following the announcement, congratulated fellow finalists CJ Griffin of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden and Matheu Nunn of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost, and spoke of the job that he’s consistently said has been his greatest professional experience.
