A former truck driver who was left disabled after a rear-end crash agreed  to a $1.375 million settlement in his Bergen County suit, Saleh-Crespo v. Santos, on April 25.

Harvey Saleh-Crespo was driving his personal vehicle on Route 80 in Wayne on June 1, 2015, when his vehicle was struck from behind by a truck owned by Landscape Works of Hackensack and driven by an employee, Joseph Santos.
