A two-lawyer law firm is under fire in a suit claiming it wrongly used Google’s sponsored search program to divert potential clients who were seeking information about a competing firm.

Hark & Hark, with offices in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, was named in a trademark infringement suit filed June 22 by Helmer, Conley & Kasselman in federal court in Camden.
