Cooper Levenson Welcomes Former Assemblyman Dalton

Cooper Levenson brought on Sean F. Dalton as of counsel in the Atlantic City office, the firm announced. Dalton, formerly an assistant attorney general in the state Attorney General's Office, was lead counsel for the Division of Criminal Justice's implementation of marijuana legislation, a member of the Attorney General Task Force on Immigration Reform, and worked on the implementation of criminal justice reform. He served two terms in the New Jersey Assembly, representing the Fourth Legislative District. “Sean is an accomplished attorney with private and public sector experience, and significant knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance, security, cannabis regulation, and criminal law. Greenbaum Rowe Welcomes 2018 Summer Associates

She served as an intern in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Marjan Moussavian Seton Hall Law, graduated cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is a Dorothy Day scholar and leadership fellow. She serves as comments editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, is a senator in the Student Bar Association, and is a mentor in the Student Mentorship Program. She served as a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Robert Nuse summa cum laude from Monmouth University, where he was valedictorian of his class. He is articles editor and associate editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. Hill Wallack Adds Two
Hill Wallack added two attorneys, the firm announced. William Wilkins William L. Wilkins joined the Princeton office as counsel in several litigation practice groups. He represents corporate entities and financial institutions in transactional matters, including business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, financings and commercial litigation matters. He is admitted in New Jersey, Pennsylvania the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Wilkins also earned a master in laws degree as an honors graduate of Temple Law's LL.M.-Trial Advocacy Program and went on to earn an additional master of laws degree in taxation from Temple Law. Joanna Dombrowski Joanna R. Dombrowski joined the Yardley, Pennsylvania, office as an associate in the school and municipal law and employment and labor law practice groups. Dombrowski is admitted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Eastern Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and her B.A. from Temple University, magna cum laude. Following law school, Dombrowski clerked for Judge Albert J. Cepparulo of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, and thereafter was assistant district attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.

Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
