K&L Gates Hires Partner Saltzman to Newark Office
K&L Gates announced the addition of real estate lawyer Jody E. Saltzman to the Newark office as partner. Saltzman advises commercial landlords and tenants in the retail, fashion, health care, and financial services industries on leasing and licensing; architect and construction agreements; real estate portfolios; and financing. She also advises foreign clients with U.S. rollouts. K&L Gates' real estate practice is made up of some 135 lawyers, the firm said. “We're excited to welcome Jody to the firm,” Newark managing partner Anthony P. La Rocco, said in a release. “Her local-area experience will grow our Newark and New York real estate offerings and complement our recently added hospitality and restructuring group.” John A. Bicks, managing partner of K&L Gates' New York office, said the hire “enhances our core real estate capabilities, giving the firm and our clients a competitive edge in a strategic market.”

Stark & Stark Brings On Belli as Partner
Stark & Stark brought on Richard C. Belli as a partner in the workers' compensation practice. Belli has exclusively practiced workers' compensation law, representing injured workers in the state for more than years, according to the firm. Belli handles cases involving significant spinal injuries, total disability, and injuries resulting from third-party negligence. He has handled all aspects of compensation claims, from client interview to final resolution through negotiation, trial, or appeal, the firm said.

Clark Hill Picks Princeton Leader
Clark Hill named Matthew A. Vigunas the partner-in-charge of the Princeton office, according to a firm release. Vigunas is a partner of the banking & financial services practice, representing financial institutions and corporations in complex financings. He also advises on regulatory issues. Vigunas was elected partner in January 2018, according to the firm. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law, and earned an M.B.A. from Villanova. He graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware.
