Garibaldi Joins Weber Gallagher as Associate
Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby brought on associate Nicole M. Garibaldi to the insurance practice in Bedminster. Garibaldi had been working as a contract attorney in McLean, Virginia. She clerked for Superior Court Judge William J. McGovern III, and while in law school was a legal intern for International Fidelity Insurance Co. and a clerk for Nissenbaum Law Group. She also was an extern for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Rosemary Gambardella, and an intern for the Clerk's Office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the District of New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015, and her B.A. from Northeastern University in 2010. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C.

Associate Jeanette Luna joined Goldberg Segalla's workers' compensation group in Newark, departing Kelman, Winston, and Vallone. Luna represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in New Jersey and New York. She is also a court-certified mediator. She earned her bachelor's degree from Tufts University, her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law, and master's in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse. At Syracuse, Luna clerked for Superior court Judge Bridget A. Stecher in the Civil Part. She is fluent in Spanish.
|Lindabury McCormick Welcomes Two Summer Associates
Summer associates David Franzmathes and Donald C. Pierce joined Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper in Westfield earlier this year. Franzmathes is a third-year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he is an associate editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He earned his B.A. from The College of New Jersey and was a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Pierce is a third-year law student at Rutgers Law School-Newark, where he is on the Moot Court Board and was a participant in the 2018 Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University and previously served in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina as an infantry officer, 1st Lieutenant. “Our summer associate program has been the source of many of our current attorneys and we look forward to its continued success in developing future leaders and members of the firm,” firm

Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark welcomed three summer interns: Matthews A. Florez and T. Leila Holley in the Newark office, and Jarrett B. Thompson in the New York office. Florez is the firm's 2018 Charles J. Walsh Scholar. He graduated with a B.A. from Rutgers University in 2016 and is a second-year law student at Rutgers Law School-Newark. Holley is the firm's 2018 Rutgers Law School–Minority Student Program summer intern. She graduated with a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Albany in 2017 and is a first-year law student at Rutgers Law-Newark. Thompson received an M.B.A. from Hampton University in 2013 and a B.B.A., with honors, from Hampton University in 2012. Thompson is a first-year law student at Howard University School of Law.
|Two Law Firms Renew Leases at Court Plaza in Hackensack
Two law firms have renewed leases at Court Plaza in Hackensack, according to an announcement from real estate firm Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which owns and manages the property. The Law Offices of Brian J. Neary renewed its lease for 2,755 square feet at Court Plaza South. The Law Office of Lawrence B. Diener renewed its lease at Court Plaza North for 1,730 square feet. The complex, adjacent to Bergen County Superior Court, includes Court Plaza North, Court Plaza South and Court Plaza East.
