Voting ends Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the election for the General Council seat on the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Nominating Committee.

The two candidates running are Anthony Carlino of Bergen County and Stephanie Hagan of Morris County.

In a previous story about the election, some of Carlino's biographical information was inaccurate. He is a former NJSBA trustee who also served for four years, including one year as chair, on the NJSBA's Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. He is a former trustee and president of the Bergen County Bar Association.

Hagan is the immediate past-chair of the NJSBA Family Law Section and has served a one-year term on the Nominating Committee as the Family Law Section representative. She is president-elect of the Morris County Bar Association and past president of the Morris County Bar Foundation.

The selected candidate will serve on the NJSBA Nominating Committee for a two-year term.

Members of the General Council should have received an email with a link to the online ballot. Ballots will be cast online and administered by Intelliscan Inc. Those who wish to vote by paper ballot can call the NJSBA's dedicated information line at 732-964-1839, or send an email to [email protected] for more information.
