Brody, formerly a partner with Saiber and a founding partner of Marcus, Brody, Ford & Kessler, advises the firm's clients on estate planning and administration, family and business succession planning, business counseling, including planning for closely held businesses and their owners, general business law and commercial law. She represents banks and borrowers in commercial loans and commercial real estate loans.

Saad handles real estate ventures and transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, loan modifications, workouts and restructures. He has experience with office, retail, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties. Saad previously was of counsel at a firm in New Jersey. He also clerked for Superior Court Judge F. Michael Giles, and Judge Eugene J. Codey Jr., Presiding Judge, in Essex County Superior Court.
