Connell Foley Welcomes New Associates
Connell Foley of Roseland welcomed six new associates: Bria Beaufort, Carly Campoli, Patrick Conlon, Benjamin Nadell, Michael Rolek and Bryan Small.
Bria Beaufort
Beaufort joined the insurance defense group in the Roseland office after serving as a judicial law clerk for Essex County Superior Court Judge Dennis F. Carey III, presiding civil judge in the vicinage, who has since retired. She obtained her J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark in 2017 and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in law and society from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2014.
Carly Campoli
Campoli is an associate in Connell Foley's insurance coverage group in the Roseland office. She served as a law clerk for Appellate Division Judge Heidi W. Currier. She received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden in 2017 and her B.A. in psychology with departmental honors from Franklin & Marshall College in 2014.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
