Mandelbaum Adds Corporate Partner Bulkeley

J. Russell Bulkeley, previously of Connecticut, joined Mandelbaum Salsburg in Roseland as a partner in the corporate and securities practice groups. He represents companies in structuring and negotiating registered public offerings and exempt private placements of equity, debt, and hybrid securities; loan facilities and other debt financings; corporate restructurings; and mergers and acquisitions. He will maintain his Fairfield County, Connecticut, presence as well. Firm CEO William S. Barrett said in a statement that Bulkeley “is a great addition to our New York-based Securities and Corporate Law team and brings to the group a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the public market and private equity financial sectors.”

Parker McCay welcomed three new associates to the Mount Laurel office: Jenna N. Cantarella, Jenna C. Ferraro, and Emily E. Strawbridge.

Cantarella focuses her practice on public finance. Cantarella previously worked as a paralegal, interned for U.S. District Judge Lois H. Goodman of the District of New Jersey District Court and was clerked for Robert H. Montgomery III, P.C. She is also active in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program in Philadelphia, assisting low-income individuals complete their tax returns. She received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Ferraro served as a summer associate at Parker McCay in 2017 and has now joined the firm's commercial litigation practice. She interned for Judge Matthew D. Carrafiello in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, and provided pro bono services for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. She is a graduate of Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Strawbridge concentrates on public schools and education. Before joining Parker McCay, she clerked for Superior Court Judge Douglas H. Hurd, She also interned at Rutgers Law School as a research assistant, focusing on Equal Protection and Due Process rights under the federal and state constitutions. Strawbridge earned her law degree from Rutgers Law School-Camden.

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge brought on Padraic F. X. Dugan as an associate in the family law practice. Dugan handles divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and alimony, as well as equitable distribution matters with a background in complex financial and high-asset family law matters. He is a 2009 graduate of Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned his B.A. from Providence College in 2005. He clerked for Superior Court Judge Robert A. Coogan in the Family Part from 2009 to 2010. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia.
