Sills Cummis 'Turkeyfest' Benefits Newark Soup Kitchen

Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark held its annual “TurkeyFest Celebration and Food Drive” on Nov. 14, 2018, supporting Saint John's Soup Kitchen in Newark by donating several large boxes filled with non-perishable food items, according to the firm. The firm attorneys and staff gathered for a Thanksgiving luncheon.

Cooper Levenson Donates Thanksgiving Ingredients to AC Chefs

Cooper Levenson CEO Lloyd D. Levenson and others from the firm on Nov. 20 delivered Thanksgiving food items to the Atlantic City Convention Center, where the AC Chefs on a Mission were preparing 2,500 Thanksgiving meals for those in need, the firm announced. George Fisher, executive chef for Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, gave a tour of the kitchen and shared gravy-making tips, according to the announcement. Chefs on a Mission provided holiday meals to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, Sister Jean's Kitchen, the AC Covenant House, Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic School, the CODI Career Opportunity Development Inc. in Egg Harbor City, the American Legion Post 443 In Mystic Island, and others, the firm said.
