Archer Welcomes Five New Associates

Archer & Greiner brought on five new associates to various practice groups: Najah A. Jacobs, Kenneth Ling, Jennifer N. McCracken, Anthony Paolini III, and Reginald L. Streater.

 environmental law practice group in the Haddonfield office, specializing in complex environmental litigation, products liability claims, and toxic torts. Jacobs concentrates on pursuing and defending complex environmental matters, including cleanup and response costs, soil and groundwater contamination, and natural resource damage claims. Jacobs graduated from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she served as the executive symposium editor of the Drexel Law Review and president of the Black Law Students Association. Jacobs was a Law School Ambassador, Diversity and Inclusion Fellow, and Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow. She also served as a judicial extern for U.S. District Judge Robert B. Kugler of the District of New Jersey. She is a former Archer summer associate.

is a member of the real estate and business counseling practice groups in Haddonfield. He represents clients in corporate, business and real estate matters, including entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, and public contracting, as well as purchase and sale transactions and leases. Ling graduated from Rutgers Law School, where he served as articles editor and staff editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. Ling also served as the treasurer for the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association, and was the recipient of the Dean's Academic Excellence Scholarship. Ling served as a judicial extern in U.S. Court for the District of New Jersey for District Judge Robert B. Kugler and Magistrate Judge   Karen M. Williams . He is a former Archer summer associate.

is a member of the real estate tax appeal group in Archer's Princeton office, litigating complex commercial and industrial property tax appeals. McCracken advises clients on property tax issues, liabilities, and valuation. Jennifer graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and the Jessup International Moot Court. She also served as the American Bar Association liaison. McCracken was a Widener Law Scholar, as well as the recipient of the Honorable Rosalie B. Cooper Fellowship Award, the Honorable Nathan C. Staller Scholarship, and the Honorable Rudolph J. Rossetti Memorial Award. Following law school, McCracken clerked for New Jersey Tax Court Judge Michael J. Gilmore .

is a member of the family law and matrimonial practice group, handling divorce, adoption, parental rights, custody, support, and domestic violence. He is resident in the firm's Haddonfield office. Paolini is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, where he was a staff member of the Rutgers Law School Civil Practice Clinic. Following law school, Paolini served as a law clerk to Burlington County Superior Court Judge John J. Burke III  in the Family Part. He is a member of the Thomas Forkin American Inns of Court, and a member of the Burlington County Bar Association.

is a member of the business litigation group in Haddonfield and focuses on commercial and complex litigation, handling contract disputes, federal claims, federal civil rights claims, insurance matters, labor and employment claims, fraud claims, and tort claims. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association, president of the Black Law Students Association, and as an advisor for the Affinity Group Coalition. Streater was a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow, as well as a member of the National Lawyers Guild Temple Law Chapter, and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. During law school, Streater served as a legal intern for the Theodore A. McKee , former chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a former Archer summer associate.
