Mark joined the firm in July 2018 as a partner. He previously headed The Mark Law Firm in Basking Ridge for about 12 years. Before that, Mark represented management-side clients in civil rights and employment discrimination matters. He is a member of the Somerset County Bar and Bergen County Bar Associations, the National Employment Lawyers Association-NJ, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. He received his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1999. He is admitted in New Jersey and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mushnick, previously an associate at Scarinci Hollenbeck, joined Deutsch Atkins as an associate. He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014. During law school, Mushnick interned for U.S. District Judge Esther Salas of the District of New Jersey, and Superior Court Judge Lawrence M. Maron. After graduating, he clerked for Superior Court Judge Christine M. Vanek during the 2014-15 term, and Superior Court Judge Joseph A. Turula during the 2015-16 term. He is admitted in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina, and is an active member of the Hudson County Bar Association.

Pantina joined Deutsch Atkins as an associate. He received his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2017. While in law school, Pantina interned for the City of Newark, Law Department, Contracts and Legislation Division. He clerked for Bergen County Assignment Judge Bonnie J. Mizdol in 2017-18. Prior to law school, Pantina worked full-time for the Bergen County Office of Emergency Management, Office of the County Clerk and Board of Chosen Freeholders. He is admitted in New Jersey, and is an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association.

Peyser joined the firm in September 2018 as an associate after leaving Smith & Eibeler. She is a mediator qualified pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:40-10, and is member of the the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. She received her J.D. at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is admitted in New Jersey state and federal courts.
