Fox Rothschild Adds OnRamp Fellow Jolibois in Princeton
Chipo M. Jolibois joined the Princeton office of Fox Rothschild as an associate in the intellectual property department. She previously operated her own firm and practiced at a midsize regional law firm, and before that was a process engineer and patent attorney at Rohm and Haas Co. (now Dow Chemical). She earned her B.S. from Drexel University and her J.D. from Temple University. According to the firm, Jolibois joined Fox through the OnRamp Fellowship, a program that matches women lawyers reentering the legal profession with firms, and is the second woman to join Fox Rothschild through the program, which works with 29 law firms throughout the country. Jolibois said in a firm statement that she is ”thrilled to be selected as an OnRamp Fellow and to have the opportunity to work with a team that values creativity, drive and diversity,” adding, “I look forward to contributing my strengths and insight while I revitalize my practice and make new connections in the legal community.”
Capehart Adds Two to Workers' Compensation Practice
Capehart Scatchard added Peter J. Sarubbi and J. Taylor Stewart to the firm's workers' compensation department in its Mount Laurel office. Both are associates.
Sarubbi, a Haddon Heights resident, received his law degree from Rutgers Law School-Camden and his B.A. in political science from the University of Delaware. He also served as a judicial intern and extern to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Lee A. Solomon, and was a judicial intern to U.S. District Judge Robert B. Kugler. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Stewart, a Gloucester City resident, received his law degree from Rutgers Law School-Camden and his B.A. degree in political science from Wheaton College. In law school, he was senior editor and staff editor of the Rutgers Journal School of Law and Public Policy. He was awarded the “Rutgers Law School Achievement Award in Legal Writing” in 2017 for the brief in the matter of V.M. v. A.M. He is a member of the National Hispanic Bar Association, as well as the association's New Jersey and Pennsylvania chapters. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Fisher Phillips Adds Eric Baginski in Murray Hill
Fisher Phillips announced the addition of employment attorney Eric Baginski as an associate in the Murray Hill office. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Baginski previously practiced in New York, handling employment counseling and litigation, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements. At Fisher Phillips, Baginski will represent management in all aspects of labor and employment counseling and dispute resolution. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College. Before law school, Baginski worked as a litigation legal assistant in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm.
Cooper Levenson Welcomes Sabnis
Saleel V. Sabnis joined the Cherry Hill office of Cooper Levenson as an associate, departing Goldberg Segalla's Philadelphia office, where he concentrated in professional liability and aviation litigation. According to an announcement, Sabnis has represented local doctors and attorneys in malpractice actions, including trials, has represented commercial airlines and litigated general aviation claims, represented companies and individuals in contract and business disputes, and has experience in products liability and general personal injury. Sabnis graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, in 2001, and from the Villanova University School of Law in 2005. He is admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Chief Operating Officer Kenneth J. Calemmo Jr. said in a statement: “Saleel's background and knowledge in the areas of aviation litigation and professional liability are a great fit for our Defense Litigation Practice Group.”

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

Yalowitz of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer have entered their appearances for Hanaco Venture Capital and its executives, Lior Prosor and David Frankel, in a pending securities lawsuit. The action, filed on Dec. 24 in New York Southern District Court by Zell, Aron & Co. on behalf of Goldeneye Advisors, accuses the defendants of negligently and fraudulently managing the plaintiff's $1 million investment. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. Wolf of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani to fend off a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
