Strull Joins Pashman Stein as Of Counsel
James R. Strull joined Pashman Stein Walder Hayden as of counsel in the trusts and estates group in Hackensack. He was previously with Hackensack-based Strull Law Group. Strull's practice in New Jersey and New York concentrates on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning and business transactions. He advises and litigates on behalf of clients. He earned his B.B.A. from the School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science, St. John's University, and his J.D. from New York Law School. Strull is admitted in New Jersey state and federal courts, New York, the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court. He is a trained mediator qualified under New Jersey's Court Rule 1:40 and is eligible for mediation appointments from the New Jersey Superior Court. Lindabury McCormick Welcomes Fox as Partner
Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper brought on board Steven L. Fox as a partner in its Red Bank office. He will focus his practice on commercial disputes, particularly providing advice and counsel to management in employment law. Fox is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney. He is an active member of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex and Monmouth County Bar Associations.
Geiselman Joins Post Polak
We sley Geiselman joined Post Polak Goodsell & Strauchler in Roseland as of counsel. Geiselman spent 34 years in the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, retiring as an assistant attorney general, and serving 19 years as the chief of the ABC's Enforcement Bureau and six years as the chief counsel to the director. Geiselman was heavily involved in every major legislative and regulatory change and enforcement action at the agency since 1984., according to Post Polak's announcement. As chief prosecutor, he was responsible for more than 2,000 investigations, bringing charges against retailer, wholesalers and suppliers, the announcement noted. He also oversaw regulation re-adoptions, the firm said.
Giordano Halleran Adds Feinberg to IP Practice
Martin J. Feinberg joined Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla in Red Bank as an intellectual property partner specializing in brand development, intellectual property enforcement and related matters. He was a partner with Olshan Frome Wolosky in New York City. Feinberg has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international brand protection, anti-counterfeiting programs, worldwide investigations of intellectual property violations, trademark and copyright infringement/counterfeiting litigation, manufacturing compliance and the assessment/implementation of product security procedures and devices, according to a firm announcement. He authored a chapter used by the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition to train law enforcement. He frequently lectures on the development and prosecution of civil and criminal trademark counterfeiting offenses. Working with the IACC and the International Trademark Association, Feinberg also helped develop a model trademark counterfeiting statute. “Martin's work is national and international in scope. His deep experience in intellectual property law and his prior work as a prosecutor allows him to guide clients on a broad spectrum of brand development and protection services,” Paul T. Colella, co-managing partner at Giordano Halleran, said in a statement.
Cooper Levenson Welcomes Savio
James M. Savio joined Cooper Levenson as an associate the casino and hospitality industry defense litigation practice group in Atlantic City. Savio graduated from West Virginia University in 2015 with a B.S. and from Rutgers University School of Law in 2018 with a J.D. Savio was a summer law clerk at the firm in the casino and hospitality industry defense litigation practice group in 2017. Prior to joining Cooper Levenson, Savio served as a judicial extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen M. Williams in the District of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
