Gluck Walrath is fighting with its malpractice insurance carrier over claims related to an aborted restaurant project in which the law firm's principals provided legal representation and a cash investment.
The firm, with offices in Trenton and Red Bank, has sued Allied World Insurance Co. after it refused to provide coverage for malpractice claims brought against it by business partners in a proposed tavern and restaurant on the campus of The College of New Jersey in Ewing. After withdrawing from the project, the restaurant partners brought malpractice claims against attorneys Michael Gluck and Christopher Walrath and their firm.
