Carlson represents management in employment litigation matters under state and federal law, handling wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistleblowing and enforcement of restrictive covenants. He represents clients in federal and state courts, and in administrative proceedings, including the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Department of Labor, the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission and the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.

In addition to his litigation background, Lipari was a director, employee relations, at UBS AG.
