William J. Rudnik is a certified matrimonial attorney who has been practicing law for 26 years. He joined the firm as an associate in 1997 and became partner in 2004. He is trained in collaborative divorce and also serves as a divorce mediator. Rudnik is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section's executive committee, children's rights subcommittee and alternative dispute resolution subcommittee. He also co-chairs the Hunterdon County Bar Association's Family Practice Committee. Rudnik earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Leslie A. Parikh has been practicing for 18 years. She joined Gebhardt & Kiefer in 2001 and became partner in 2013. She concentrates on employment law, civil rights litigation and municipal law. She is a member of the New Jersey State and Hunterdon County bar associations, the New Jersey Defense Association, and the NJ Institute of Local Government Attorneys. She serves on the Hunterdon Bar's judicial and prosecutorial appointments committee and serves on two NJSBA committees: the government, public sector and public interest lawyers committee, and the insurance defense committee. Parikh received her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Matthew P. Lyons has been practicing for 26 years and concentrates on civil litigation, primarily insurance defense, civil rights, and representation of municipal government and other public entities. Prior to joining Gebhardt & Kiefer as a partner in 2017, he served in several local government roles: county counsel, mayor, township council member, public defender, planning board solicitor, planning board member, and insurance fund commissioner. He earned his B.S. from Villanova University and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
