The New Jersey State Bar Association recognizes that lawyers who work as solo practitioners or in small firms face unique challenges. As the state’s largest legal organization, the NJSBA has put together the Resource Guide for Solo and Small-Firm Practitioners, an eBook available now as a free download.

The guide is chock full of useful information and contains links to resources. Included are tips from fellow practitioners; insights on cybersecurity needs for solo and small firms; ways to incorporate mindfulness into the practice; details about professional liability; specific ethics guidance for the solo lawyer; and ways to expand professional networks.
