Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden announced that Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek joined as an associate in the litigation practice group. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, and her B.A. from Lafayette College. Following law school, Baboulis-Gyscek clerked for Appellate Division Judge Lisa Rose . "Darcy is a bright, young talent and we welcome her to our firm," said Michael S. Stein , Pashman Stein's managing partner, in a statement. "With her recent experience as a judicial law clerk, Darcy will be an asset to our trial and appellate matters."
Capehart Scatchard Welcomes Four New Associates
Genna Garofalo, Nicole L. McCann, McKenna Parris and Lara M. Ruggerio joined Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel as associates. Garofalo, McCann and Parris represent insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation, while Ruggerio focuses represents private and public sector employers in labor and employment and civil rights law matters and litigation.
Garofalo received her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a B.A. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania. During law school, she published an article in the Drexel Law Review, "Sleeping with the Devil: How Revenge Porn Ruins Lives and How States Can Help." She then clerked for Superior Court Judge Patricia M. Wild in Atlantic County. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. |
McCann received her law degree from Rutgers Law School in Camden and a B.A. in history, with a minor in political science, from Rutgers University in Camden. During law school, McCann was recognized by the American Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Law and Bloomberg BNA for excellence in the study of labor and employment law. She clerked for Superior Court Judge Christine Smith in Atlantic County. Recently, McCann became a pupil in the . She is admitted in New Jersey. Parris received her law degree from Rutgers Law School in Camden and her B.A. in political science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she graduated with distinction. She completed an externship at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Camden. She was also on the executive board for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. She clerked for Superior Court Judge James P. Savio in Atlantic County. She is admitted in New Jersey.
