Sills Cummis Holds Thanksgiving Food Drive

Sills Cummis & Gross held its annual "Thanksgiving Food Drive and TurkeyFest Celebration" on Nov. 20. Firm attorneys and staff supported Saint John's Soup Kitchen in Newark and Calvary Baptist Church on West 57th Street in New York City, donating several large boxes of non-perishable food items. Afterward, attorneys and staff gathered for a Thanksgiving luncheon at the firm's office in Newark.

As part of WeGetInvolved, Drinker Biddle & Reath 's community outreach program, the Florham Park office participated in a service project at the Market Street Mission thrift store in Morristown on Nov. 21. Members of the office spent the morning organizing, pricing and preparing items for the store. Since 1889, the Market Street Mission has been helping individuals in Northern New Jersey overcome homelessness, addiction and poverty, the announcement noted.
