Flaster Greenberg Promotes Gambone To Partner
Flaster Greenberg announced the election of Angie Gambone to partner effective Jan. 1. complex family law, divorce and custody matters, adoption, family formation, and the family law needs of LGBTQ families. She also is a member of Flaster Greenberg's general litigation practice group, available to represent business entities and individuals in commercial matters. She is active in the firm's diversity committee, and is a trustee for the LGBT Rights Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Gambone received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, cum laude, and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a certified divorce mediator. |
Litigation Partner Scheinbach Joins Capehart Scatchard
Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel brought on Adam W. Scheinbach as a partner in the litigation department. According to the firm, Scheinbach has more than 22 years of experience handling insurance subrogation, insurance coverage, tort defense, personal injury, business and corporate agreements, and general litigation. His typically represents insurance companies, attorneys, and business owners. He received his B.A. in 1993 from the University of Delaware, and his J.D. in 1996 from Brooklyn Law School. Scheinbach is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. |
Riker Danzig Welcomes Associate Martelo
Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti added Michael J. Martelo as an associate in the insurance and reinsurance group. Martelo has represented corporations, public entities and individuals in a range of civil actions in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels, the firm said. His experience includes litigating complex contract disputes. Martelo received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2009, and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012. In law school, he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. He later was a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Jose L. Linares of the District of New Jersey. |
McOmber & McOmber Adds Clearie as Associate
McOmber & McOmber welcomed new employment litigation associate Meghan A. Clearie to the Marlton office. She will concentrate on representing plaintiffs in employment matters. Clearie previously served as a judicial extern for New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Lee A. Solomon and Appellate Division Judge Michael J. Haas , performing legal research and writing memoranda involving criminal and civil matters, preparing the court for oral argument and petitions for certification, and aiding in drafting and editing opinions. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University in 2015, and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2019. She was admitted in New Jersey in July 2019. Clearie clerked at McOmber & McOmber and "knew this was the firm I wanted to be at after graduationm" she said in a statement.
