Bressler Promotes Three to Partner
Bressler, Amery & Ross announced the promotions of seven attorneys to partner firmwide as of Jan. 1, including three located in the Florham Park office: Andy Egan, Katie Gannon and Gerd Stabbert.

received a B.A. from The College of New Jersey in 2007 and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010.
Stabbert joined the firm's commercial litigation and franchise law practice groups in 2007. He counsels clients from diverse industries, including automobile, mortgage banking, commercial real estate, scrap and recycling, telecommunications and food service, as well as in the franchising of products and services, the firm said. His practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, primarily on franchising matters and the defense or prosecution of contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, business torts, commercial real estate matters, noncompete disputes, environmental claims and intellectual property issues. He received a B.A. from Rutgers University in 1997 and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2000.
Norris McLaughlin Welcomes Four New Associates
Norris McLaughlin in Bridgewater brought on four new associates: Allison J. Arotsky, to the bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice group; Sarah M. Bouskila, to the real estate and finance practice group; Stephanie A. DeVos, to the environmental law practice group; and Milan Jakubcak, to the business law practice group.

Bouskila represents individuals and corporate clients in breach of contract, business torts, fraud, bankruptcy, employment and restrictive covenant disputes, foreclosure litigation, and various real estate-related litigation. She previously clerked for Appellate Division Judge Jessica R. Mayer. She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, cum laude, in 2016 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in 2012 from Brooklyn College, the City University of New York. In law school, Bouskila was a dean's merit scholar and articles editor for the Cardozo Public Law, Policy and Ethics Journal.
DeVos devotes her practice to environmental law, focusing on products liability, toxic and environmental torts, and general liability matters. DeVos has been the lead associate for multiple environmental cases, tendering demands for defense and indemnity, handling litigation, and overseeing and managing indemnity counsel. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2011, an M.S. in Spanish from Georgetown University in 2007, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2006. DeVos previously represented insurance carriers in first- and third-party coverage and subrogation matters in New Jersey, New York and federal courts. She clerked for Superior Court Judge William L'E. Wertheimer.
Jakubcak handles taxation and business law. He is experienced in preparing tax structure papers and identifying U.S. tax consequences of domestic and cross-border transactions, including the impact of the U.S. tax reform on clients structures and contemplated transactions. He advises private equity and corporate clients. Jakubcak received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014. He interned with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and with U.S. District Judge Michael A. Shipp in the District of New Jersey. He received his LL.M in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2019 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2009. Jakubcak managed the mergers and acquisitions tax practice at KPMG.
