Archer in Haddonfield announced that associates  Melissa Osorio Dibble , Pete Jamison and Jonathan P. Rardin  became partners as of Jan. 1. "We are proud to promote these three outstanding lawyers to partner," said firm president Christopher R. Gibson in a statement. "Our new partners exemplify the best of Archer through their hard work, dedication and success."

Dibble concentrates on estate and trust litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, handling accountings, will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, contested guardianships, writings intended as wills, trust modifications, and matters involving the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act and the Slayer Statute. Dibble has represented institutions and individuals, including banks, universities, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and intestate heirs. She is a frequent speaker on topics regarding estate and trust litigation and has authored articles on the doctrine of writings intended as wills

and the Uniform Trust Code.

Jamison concentrates on environmental counseling, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation in state and federal courts. He assists in counseling clients on the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. He also has experience litigating environmental matters and assisting clients in connection with former industrial sites throughout the U.S. Jamison's litigation practice covers citizen suits, toxic tort actions, natural resource damage claims, third-party actions and enforcement proceedings, and he litigates corporate

successor liability issues, contractual indemnification claims and the equitable allocation of cleanup costs.

Rardin concentrates on commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes and non-compete agreement litigation, and defends private and public employers in civil rights actions before state and federal courts and administrative bodies, such as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Rardin has experience representing landowners in adverse possession claims, lot line disputes, landlord-tenant actions and title disputes. His litigation practice also includes trade secret protection, tax litigation and estate litigation. He has represented large private businesses, small closely held businesses and government agencies.

Burk, a member of the workers' compensation department, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation. She received her law degree from Rutgers Law School-Camden and her B.A. in English from Ithaca College. Upon law school graduation, Burk worked as a law clerk to Cumberland County Superior Court Judge Linda L. Lawhun. She is admitted to
