Cole Schotz Makes Six New Partners
Cole Schotz announced that six attorneys were elevated to partner in the Hackensack office, effective Jan. 1, 2020: Heather L. Demirjian, Jenny R. Flom, Jacob S. Frumkin, Rachel A. Mongiello, Danielle M. Pasquariello and Robyn A. Pellegrino.
Demirjian is a member of the environmental department and has a range of experience in state and federal environmental law. She represents and counsels real estate developers, banking institutions, commercial, industrial and manufacturing operations, data centers, oil and gas companies, municipal utilities, and government entities. She counsels clients "with an eye toward finding ways to use the requirements of environmental law to support her clients' strategic objectives and to minimize the impacts of those requirements on their business needs," according to the firm. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.A. from Rutgers University.
is a member of the litigation department focusing on probate litigation, including guardianship actions, special needs trust litigation, and estate and trust litigation. She represents clients seeking to obtain guardianship over loved ones. Flom also represents clients in petitioning state courts to reform and establish special needs trusts. She also regularly works with clients and their matrimonial counsel in connection with divorce proceedings regarding issues related to special needs planning and guardianship. Flom earned her J.D. from New England Law – Boston and her B.A. from Rutgers University.
is a member of the bankruptcy and corporate restructuring department. He represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties-in-interest in various aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
is a member of the litigation department handling commercial litigation, antitrust, and white-collar criminal defense. She focuses on investigating, litigating, and defending claims of fraud and collusion domestically and internationally. Her experience includes assisting with government investigations into potential antitrust violations of a client's competitor, evaluating and defending civil and criminal fraud and antitrust claims in the pharmaceutical and financial sectors, and defending derivative claims of minority shareholders. Mongiello earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. from Providence College.
Pasquariello is a member of the real estate department. She focuses her practice on complex real estate transactions, including construction and permanent financing, acquisitions and dispositions, ground, retail, industrial and office leasing and a variety of other real estate matters. Pasquariello earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and her B.A. from Binghamton University.
is a member of the corporate, finance and business transactions department, and the real estate special opportunities group. She represents purchasers and sellers in asset and stock sale transactions, as well as borrowers and lenders in asset- and real estate-based credit facilities, debt acquisitions and divestitures, and debt restructurings. She counsels closely held businesses on corporate governance issues, and assists clients with employment agreements and non-disclosure and non-competition agreements. She also counsels franchisees. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. from Seton Hall University.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
