A former judge is fighting back after her disciplinary case was cited as an example of leniency by Superior Court Judge Carlia Brady, claiming Brady got the facts wrong and should resign.

Former Superior Court Judge Rosemarie Williams was angered by Brady’s reference to her case during a March 3 Supreme Court hearing. Brady, who is facing removal from the bench for failure to turn in her then-fugitive boyfriend to police, told the justices that Williams received a light punishment in a 2001 judicial discipline case, and that she deserves the same leniency.
