Schenck, Price Welcomes Three Attorneys
Schenck, Price, Smith & King in Florham Park hired three new attorneys to the firm: one of counsel and two associates.
Robert F. McAnanly Jr. joined Schenck Price's banking and finance practice as counsel in Florham Park. He previously was counsel at Davison Eastman Munoz Lederman & Paone and has experience in a range of real estate and banking matters. He has negotiated and closed commercial real estate conveyances, including those with environmental issues, financing and leasing issues, and disposition of cell tower and other appurtenant facilities. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School -
Camden in 1984, and his B.A. in 1981 from the College of the Holy Cross.
Catherine P. O'Hern joined the professional liability practice group as a litigation associate. She has substantial experience in insurance defense, third-party liability, coverage, subrogation and appellate matters, the firm said. She previously was an associate with Clausen Miller in New York. She clerked for Superior Court Judge William J. McGovern III. She has had experience as a judicial intern and mediator with the New Jersey Division of Consumer
Affairs, ADR and the Morris County Superior Court. She received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 2013, and her B.A. from the University of Arizona.
Samantha M. Monteleone joined the school law practice group as an associate. She will focus on special education law. She previously was an associate with Scarinci Hollenbeck. She earned her B.A. in 2015 from Seton Hall University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018. After law school, she clerked for Superior Court Judge James R. Paganelli. During law school, she participated as a student attorney in the Family Law Clinic. She also interned with the Essex County Prosecutor's Office, Essex-Newark Legal Services and Superior Court Judge David B. Katz.
MichelIe N. Michael Joins Goldberg Segalla
Goldberg Segalla added associate Michelle N. Michael to the employment and labor and management and professional liability groups in Princeton. Michael was previously with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin in Roseland. She handles complex employment matters: professional liability, civil rights, directors and officers (D&O), and constitutional matters. She received her bachelor's degree from Rider University and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she was lead research and writing/communications editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. She served in a variety of internships and clerkships, including a clerkship for Judge Richard J. Geiger in the Appellate Division and an internship for U.S. District Judge Peter G. Sheridan in the District of New Jersey.
Sills Cummis Brings On Correia
Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark announced the addition of Matthew J. Correia as an associate in the real estate department. He focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties. The firm said he also has extensive experience prosecuting and defending foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes and negotiating complex construction contracts. He advises private lenders and financial institutions on commercial loans, ensuring closings are in compliance with the lenders' requirements and all government regulations. He is admitted in New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2011, and his B.A. and B.S. from Syracuse University in 2008.
