Among many stepping forward in the COVID-19 pandemic, the New Jersey Bar Association, the American Bar Association and their continuing legal education affiliates (including NJICLE) deserve special mention for their offering great online programs. Using a structure for web-based meetings, they have moved previously scheduled in-person programs to online status. They have made them free. The New Jersey Supreme Court has relaxed MCLE requirements (for in person credits). And they have offered programs focused on the current crisis—firm management in these times, online dispute resolution, unique ethical considerations, and other solutions. In some cases, they have substituted on line programs for previously scheduled organizational meetings.

This transition has taken imagination and technical agility, all in remarkable speed. We appreciate these efforts.
