Wisniewski Law Firm Adds Bankruptcy Practice With New Associate Hire
Wisniewski & Associates in Sayreville has expanded to include a bankruptcy practice and has brought on an attorney to help launch it. The new practice will guide clients through a range of bankruptcy matters, including Chapters 7 and 13, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act issues, according to the announcement. The firm hired associate Jennifer M. Kurtz, a civil litigator with background in debtor-creditor issues and appellate advocate. She also is experienced in estate planning, real estate law and transactions. She graduated from the George Washington University Law School in 2004, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2001. Wisniewski, a former New Jersey assemblyman and Assembly speaker, founded the firm. He said in a statement: "The expansion is a logical extension of the firm's business law experience through representation of small and mid-sized businesses, individuals and family law practice clients."
