Lowenstein Sandler has added former Cooley, Greenberg Traurig and White & Case M&A attorney Meredith Beuchaw to its tech group practice as a partner, the firm said Thursday. Beuchaw will be based out of the firm’s New York office.

“Meredith deeply understands how venture-backed businesses are bought and sold,” Ed Zimmerman, partner, co-founder, and chair of Lowenstein’s tech group, said in a statement. “She knows the players, their motivations and goals, and brings creativity, pragmatism, and technical skill to M&A deals. Meredith is a great fit for the tech group, where she joins a team that guides trailblazing companies through their entire life cycle.”
