Essex County Superior Court Judge Deborah Gross-Quatrone has filed a second suit against her bosses, claiming in the latest case that she was subject to retaliation for seeking a disability pension.

Gross-Quatrone’s disability suit, which names the state of New Jersey and acting Administrative Director of the Courts Glenn Grant as defendants, was filed Aug. 28 in U.S. district court. That case comes on top of another federal suit, filed by Gross-Quatrone in 2017, claiming she suffered a hostile work environment while assigned to the Bergen County Courthouse.
