Members of New Jersey's legal community are encouraged to submit artwork to be exhibited in the New Jersey State Bar Foundation's ninth annual juried art show.

The deadline is Sept. 30.

Because of the pandemic, the exhibit will be held online this year instead of at the New Jersey Law Center. Organizers are planning for a rich, robust experience through a virtual gallery opening on Nov. 4. Viewers will be able to click on the individual pieces, learn about the work and artist, and view prices.

Participation in the art show, which usually runs for a month, has been growing every year, and the online platform provides an opportunity to accommodate more work and for the exhibit to be held longer (it runs through Dec. 31).

Eligible participants include lawyers, judges, law students and other law-related professionals. All visual art mediums are acceptable (painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, collage, ceramics, metal or glass work, etc.), except video and sound art.
