New Leadership at Scarinci's New York Office
Former Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler managing partner Howard D. Bader and partner Michael J. Sheppeard will lead Scarinci Hollenbeck's New York City office, according to an announcement from the Lyndhurst-based firm.
Bader and Sheppeard have been practicing together for nearly two decades offer various services, often acting as outside general counsel for domestic and international clients. They have significant experience in assisting Asia-based clients with expansion into U.S. markets, and with U.S.-based clients expanding into Asia. They handle franchising, licensing, distribution, and international trade matters, according to the firm.
"Howard and Michael are an elite team of attorneys who understand the intricacies of law that businesses operating in New York, New Jersey and abroad, require," said Donald Scarinci, the firm's managing partner, in a statement. "Howard's experience serving as managing partner for twenty-five years combined with Michael's experience leading their prior firm's commercial litigation practice group make them the perfect pair to help lead the firm's New York office for years to come."
