It's a contrived theory of analysis that advocates for staying rooted in the past without the advances in gender, racial, ethnic and LGBTQ equality that have liberated those who did not fare so well in the "good old days."

Before I begin, let me first pay homage to Ruth Bader Ginsburg's indelible legacy of equality in federal and state law books. Her passing on Sept. 18, 2020, gives the legal community and, indeed, society a poignant moment to reflect on her courage and strategic vision as attorney, judge and Supreme Court Justice. RBG blazed a trail in gender equality and LGBTQ rights, among many other significant advances in individual liberties and freedom.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
