Saiber Teams with NJ Legal Industry Providers to Support Food Bank

Employees at Saiber in Florham Park teamed with the New Jersey Legal Industry Providers (NJ LIP) to collect and donate hundreds of personal care and food products to support Fulfill, the foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean counties. Fulfill's mission is to alleviate hunger and build food security in Monmouth and Ocean counties, and to ensure that people have consistent access to enough nutritious food to maintain an active and healthy life. The campaign was spearheaded by Vivian DiStaso, a marketing director for the ALM Media and the New Jersey Law Journal.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
