Archer Welcomes Rogers, Immediate Past President of GSBA
Archer & Greiner welcomed William T. Rogers III, who joined Archer's Princeton office as of counsel. Rogers is immediate past president of the Garden State Bar Association. He is a member of Archer's real estate tax appeal practice group and has more than 25 years of experience in local property tax, real estate tax appeal litigation, condemnation, and redevelopment. He represents private property owners at trial, motion practice and settlement in the prosecution and defense of property tax appeals, condemnation matters, municipal lien matters and other litigation, and has represented numerous government and public entities. He represents clients in a variety of industries and handles matters throughout New Jersey and New York. In addition to being immediate past president of the Garden State Bar Association, he currently serves as chair of the general practice subcommittee of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Committee on the Tax Court.Laddey, Clark & Ryan Welcome New Associate
Thomas J. White has joined Laddey Clark & Ryan in Sparta as a litigation associate, providing support to the personal injury, commercial, employment and workers' compensation litigation practice groups. Prior to joining Laddey, Clark & Ryan, White served as a Judicial law clerk to Superior Court Judge Rosemary Ramsay, Presiding Judge, Civil Division, in the Morris-Sussex Vicinage.White graduated from the School of Law at the College of William & Mary, where he served as the Executive Editor of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. During law school, White developed his advocacy skills by working with the Elder and Disability Law Clinic. At the clinic, he assisted local seniors and disabled individuals with creating plans to deal with both current and future legal issues. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford. "We are delighted to welcome Tom to our firm," says managing partner Thomas N. Ryan, in a statement by the firm. "He brings a keen mind and tremendous energy to our practice, and we are giving him the opportunity to jump right in, in several of our key practice areas.
