Thomas J. White has joined Laddey Clark & Ryan in Sparta as a litigation associate, providing support to the personal injury, commercial, employment and workers' compensation litigation practice groups. Prior to joining Laddey, Clark & Ryan, White served as a Judicial law clerk to Superior Court Judge Rosemary Ramsay, Presiding Judge, Civil Division, in the Morris-Sussex Vicinage.

White graduated from the School of Law at the College of William & Mary, where he served as the Executive Editor of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. During law school, White developed his advocacy skills by working with the Elder and Disability Law Clinic. At the clinic, he assisted local seniors and disabled individuals with creating plans to deal with both current and future legal issues. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford. "We are delighted to welcome Tom to our firm," says managing partner Thomas N. Ryan, in a statement by the firm. "He brings a keen mind and tremendous energy to our practice, and we are giving him the opportunity to jump right in, in several of our key practice areas. His judicial clerkship with Judge Ramsay provided him with valuable insights into the litigation process."
