The midsized Newark law firm Genova Burns will acquire Basking Ridge bankruptcy boutique Wasserman, Jurista & Stolz, the firm announced on Tuesday. Four Wasserman attorneys, led by partner Daniel Stolz, will form Genova Burns' bankruptcy practice with existing associate Leonard Spinelli, Genova Burns' sole bankruptcy attorney.
