Tyson & Mendes announced the launch of two offices: Jersey City and Norwalk, Connecticut. They are the firm’s 14th and 15th locations nationally. Existing Tyson & Mendes partners manage the two new offices. “After opening Tyson & Mendes’ first office in New York exactly one year ago, we knew we wanted to eventually expand throughout the rest of the Tri-State area,” said Tyson & Mendes managing partner Robert Tyson in a statement.

Partner Robert Modica leads the Jersey City office. With more than 20 years of experience as a trial attorney, Modica has served as lead counsel for many high-profile proceedings, representing directors and officers of large and small businesses, attorneys, architects, engineers, accountants, brokers, manufacturers and distributors.
